Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to manage daily work for our team and coordinate with local service centers and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and allocating daily work for our technicians using key systems. Additionally, they will coordinate the installation of high-volume repeating small install requirements (Business Protect) and monitor back-log queues to ensure timely completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze daily work data to allocate tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate the installation of Business Protect requirements.
  • Monitor back-log queues and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Relevant qualification or experience in administration.
  • Proven experience working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work organized and manage multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Sound computer systems experience.
