Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to support our team in overseeing daily activities and ensuring smooth production processes.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some experience in procurement, dispatch, and inventory management.

You will be responsible for coordinating despatch and outbound freight with logistics partners, managing purchasing, supplier communication, and procurement planning, and overseeing inventory control, receipting, and cycle counts.

In addition, you will be expected to complete final quality checks on products before despatch, close work orders, and ensure accurate production paperwork.

They will also hold an LF Forklift license and have previous leadership or team coordination experience.
