Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for business partnering with teams to identify, drive and deliver transformation projects. This includes:

  • Collaborating across teams to identify problems and implement solutions.
  • Leading and facilitating root cause analysis and assessing countermeasures.
  • Managing interdependent project plans to meet time, quality, and scope targets.
  • Supporting and applying Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, etc.
  • Managing workshops, training, and coaching to embed a mindset.
  • Delivering measurable benefits through initiatives, including savings and performance improvements.
  • Coordinating communication strategies for success stories and updates.

This role requires strong analytical, process mapping, and change management skills, as well as a proven track record of implementing Lean/Transformation projects in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations environments.
