Improvement Specialist

As a specialist in Continuous Improvement, you will partner with teams to identify, lead, and deliver projects that foster growth, improve customer experience, enhance productivity, and eliminate waste.
Key responsibilities include collaborating across departments to implement solutions, leading root cause analysis, managing project plans, and supporting Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work.
About the Role:- Deliver measurable benefits through Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cost savings and performance improvements.
- Communicate success stories and updates related to Continuous Improvement.
- Maintain Continuous Improvement savings reports and liaise with global markets.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations environments (preferred).
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
- Proven track record in implementing Lean / Continuous Improvement projects.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
