Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Service function involves engaging with customers to understand and identify their specific needs, providing tailored solutions to address their water challenges.

This role requires assisting with technical selections and product configuration, building technical knowledge in targeted areas of expertise, managing purchase orders from receipt through to delivery, and communicating order status updates and resolving any delays. Effective relationships with customers are essential, as well as collaboration with other departments.

To succeed in this position, you will need outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn and grow with the organization, resourcefulness, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving capability, and proficiency in using ERPs, CRM software, and other applications.
