About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in water infrastructure engineering and drive innovative solutions for our clients. As a Principal Water Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex water infrastructure projects, including networks, desalination plants, and wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design on various water infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
  • Coordinate, manage, and complete projects from inception to completion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and CPEng accreditation
  • Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments
  • Demonstrated leadership of project or technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards
