Xylemis looking for a CI / Operational ExcellenceProject Specialistat our Perth Location. The CI / Operational ExcellenceSpecialist is responsible for business partnering with teams to identify, drive and deliver Lean Transformation projects to drive growth, enhance customer experience, improve productivity and eliminate waste in the business.
The role:
- Collaborate across teams to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis and assess countermeasures.
- Manage interdependent project plans to meet time, quality, and scope targets.
- Support and apply Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, etc.
- ManageCI workshops, training, and coaching to embed a CI mindset.
- Deliver measurable benefits through CI initiatives, including savings and performance improvements.
- Coordinate communication strategies for CI success stories and updates.
- Maintain CI savings reports and interface with global/growthmarkets.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress and outcomes and maintain relationships.
- Analyse data for insights and continuous improvement trends.
- Support broader initiatives including safety, environmental efforts, and special projects.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations (Logistics, Warehouse, etc.)environments (preferred).
- Strong Analytical, Process Mapping and Change Management Skills
- Proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement projects in a professional setting.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable improvement.
