Job DescriptionRole Overview:The successful candidate will play a strategic role in delivering sustainable growth for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the sales and management of sport programming on our network, including AFL, AFLW, Test Cricket, Big Bash League, Women's Cricket, Supercars, Horse Racing, LIV Golf, and NFL across all screens and the catalogue of sport appearing across our 7Plus platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Meeting revenue targets across each sport property through the sale of broadcast sponsorships and spot packages;
- Implementation: Specific portfolio management and overseeing all broadcast campaigns deliver as sold throughout their respective on-air periods;
- Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for each new and returning Sport to maximise future network revenues and uncover innovative growth opportunities;
- Communication: Build strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team's effectiveness and performance.
Remuneration on offer is $82,000 (total package including superannuation) + incentives. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including recognition and rewards programs, time to manage life events, total wellbeing approach, and learn your own way with leading@SWM and accelerate@SWM programs.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, relevant sales experience, and knowledge of the media industry. You should have 1-3 years experience in a sales, consumer, or administrative role and be an intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite applications.
