Job Opportunity: Billing Expert

Job Description:

As a Billing Analyst at our logistics facility, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for RPA optimization. This position involves collecting and analyzing customer activity data from various Warehouse Management Systems to accurately calculate billing.

  • Collect and analyze customer activity data from multiple sources to ensure accurate billing.
  • Reconcile billing with customer contracted rates and efficiently resolve queries and complaints.
  • Manage month-end processing, review monthly profit and loss statements, and analyze performance against budget targets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, prepare billing templates, and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update customer master files and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with operations staff and visit customer sites to ensure seamless transaction flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of finance and P&L management principles.
  • Business acumen with a solid understanding of industry operations and legislation.
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a positive attitude.
  • Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary.
