Billing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing for software CargoWise and acquired business products
  • Maintain efficient billing workflow processes, including pre-month-end checks and preparing/reviewing data
  • Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with teams for resolution
  • Manage pricelists (system configuration)
  • Improve billing workflows through process improvements
