Overview
Expanding Charlotte regional office is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join their Medical Review Team.
You will support the review, auditing, and data entry of medical bills.
This is a great opportunity to join a corporation that supports the advancement of their staff
Hourly wage up to $23 an hour.

Key Responsibilities
Review and audit medical bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable state fee schedules, payer policies, and discount programs
Enter billing data into internal systems with a focus on speed and precision
Reference applicable guidelines and documentation to resolve billing discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams or external partners as needed to clarify billing issues
Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy in line with departmental standards
Support additional administrative or billing-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology, billing guidelines, and fee schedules
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Prior experience with medical bill review is preferred
