Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Billing Specialist within our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Processing and managing sales orders
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently
  • Invoicing customers and updating invoice records
  • Assisting with pricing and pricing updates
  • Providing administrative support as needed

This is a full-time position, requiring a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Experience in billing or accounts roles, preferably with exposure to sales contracts
  • Strong data entry and order management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
