We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team in South Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of people by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions across multiple brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining property records, including coordinating rental payments, lease reviews, and reconciliations.
  • Processing utility invoices from third-party suppliers and ensuring alignment of records.
  • Managing complex supplier account reconciliations and resolving issues related to maintaining accurate supplier records.
  • Processing relevant entries and journals for property and utilities transactions.
  • Assisting with insurance queries and providing administrative support for insurance activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the Operational Accounting team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience with exceptional data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to high proficiency in Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to build strong working relationships.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbally.
