About this role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the Sydney region, focusing on delivering high-volume smaller projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in engineering services, technical support, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and administer job planning, costing, and programming for construction projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget objectives are met.
  • Input information and undertake minor design on site, monitoring and recommending changes to increase ease of construction.
  • Demonstrate financial management skills by preparing costs, reducing costs, forecasting, and meeting budgets.
  • Manage work and performance of teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, building construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' engineering experience.
  • Construction management and specific technical skills relevant to the program of work.
  • Wide level of planning, development, and review of projects.
  • White card and current drivers' license.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. With a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines, we are looking for someone who can contribute to our ongoing success.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
