The role we are seeking a candidate for involves supporting the project delivery team with procurement and contract management of subcontract packages, cost forecasting, control and reporting. This position requires strong communication skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, excellent attention to detail and demonstrated leadership skills.

We have a unique opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in a contracting construction environment that engages various sub-contractors
  • Experience in large construction projects as well as local project exposure (ideally in building)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
