We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Leader to join our team at our Rockingham venue. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and driving innovation in our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement menu concepts that align with our brand's vision and values
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to drive culinary innovation and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Culinary Leader in a high-volume restaurant or pub environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent qualification
