Job Title: Senior Culinary Leader

The Sporting Globe is a leading hospitality and sports entertainment brand seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Leader to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and delivery of high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and pub environment.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for leadership, consistency, and teamwork, who can provide exceptional quality food and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work closely with our experienced Head Chef to train, coach, and develop your fellow team members, while performing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.
  • The ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
