Job Overview

We are seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior Chef to provide support to the kitchen team at Sporting Globe.

This role works directly under our experienced Head Chef to train, coach and develop your fellow team members, while performing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and delivery of high-quality food within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment
  • Commitment to cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Leading, training and developing a team
  • Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach and strong work ethic
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
