We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Sporting Globe.

You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of our amazing food within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment. At The Sporting Globe, we strive to deliver all meals to the highest standards, adhering to best practice systems.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience as a senior chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
  • An energetic attitude, strong work ethic, and team player approach.
  • Understanding of financial controls in a hospitality business.
  • The ability to lead and train a team.
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.

Our competitive remuneration package includes a salary estimate of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
