This is a part-time role involving assisting customers with product knowledge, sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert product knowledge to customers
- Maintain high-end retail standards in the showroom
- Work with luxury furniture and homewares in a fast-paced retail environment
- Contribute to exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service
- Product expertise and showroom presentation skills
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational abilities
- Customer satisfaction and customer service expertise
- Previous experience in luxury furniture retail an advantage
- A keen eye for detail and passion for interior design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of current interior design trends beneficial
