This is an opportunity for a motivated and passionate Showroom Consultant to join our client, who is a provider of premium, high performance and high-quality timber and Stone flooring products to the architecture and design industry. They are a leader in their field setting the standard for design innovation and high-level customer service no matter the size of the project.

Join the team in Waterloo to provide customers with exceptional service by providing expert guidance to customers, assist with product selection, and help drive sales in a beautifully designed showroom.

While managing the showroom floor, the key to this role is to provide customers with exceptional service by providing product advice, guidance and selection, work on high end residential and commercial projects, and build relationships with trade and direct customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the day to day management and visually appealing presentation of the showroom.
  • Deliver quality customer service and engage customers with their selections.
  • Work with the team towards achievable sales targets and benefit from the results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Sales and retail showroom experience ideally in building materials or interiors
  • Proactive approach to reach sales targets and benefit from team targets.
  • High level Microsoft Office & CRM system skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with availability Tuesday - Saturday.
