About the role

As a Showroom Consultant in Adelaide, you will assist builders, interior designers, and homeowners in creating their dream bathrooms, supporting them throughout their renovation journey.

Your daily responsibilities include:
  • Helping customers select suitable bathroom products
  • Creating and managing quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilizing our 3D Planner to visualize customer designs
  • Visiting customers onsite for updates and relationship building
  • Ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and safely
Ideal candidate profile:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, even without bathroom experience
  • Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Interested in developing their career within our network
