Di Lorenzo Tiles is a family owned and operated business, and a leading supplier of luxury tiles and floor coverings, sourced from the best Manufacturers around the world. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Norwest Showroom which is located in the New Studio Eden Display centre.
Your role will be to assist customers select tiles, timber and carpet for their new home as part of the overall new home package selection process. The process is appointment based and you will manage the customer relationship from the time of their appointment through to project completion. You will be required to complete the necessary documentation for the client's selection, as well as process orders.
Your design flair will allow you to confidently suggest colours and products when selecting tiles for the customer's kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Your understanding of current trends in the interior design industry will make this process seamless for the client. The ability to read and interpret floor plans is also an advantage in this role
We are looking for an organised, well-presented person, who is able to interpret a customer's brief, build rapport and confidently put tiles together for their space. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as is an understanding of current trends in the interiors industry.
Position is part time, (Monday to Friday)
