Fienza is a rapidly growing market leader in the bathroom industry, renowned for our cutting-edge showroom in Horsley Park that features the latest bathroom trends from around the globe. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Showroom Consultant to support our National Sales Manager and State Sales Manager.

About the role

In this role, you will be an integral part of our showroom team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining showroom presentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. Although the role does not involve direct selling, you will facilitate selections and support sales activities. Additionally, you'll assist with event coordination for in-house showroom events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, including interior designers, architects, home renovators, and builders, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
  • Product Guidance: Present our range of products to customers, ask the right questions to meet their needs, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers who have visited the showroom.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including tidying, replenishing brochures, and answering phone inquiries.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing in-house showroom events and conferences.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare electronic presentations and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Utilise Excel for data management, report preparation, and tracking key performance metrics.

About you
  • Customer Service Experience: You have a strong background in customer service and enjoy guiding customers through their choices.
  • Energetic & Reliable: Quick-thinking, reliable, and hardworking with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Self-Starter: Confident and proactive, able to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism: Polished and well-presented with exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, and track metrics.
  • Learning & Adaptability: Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to our software system and showroom processes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Bathroom products.
