Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new equipment, oversee unloading and mechanical installation, electrical field wiring, air and power connections, and startup.
  • Provide customer training on operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging machinery.
  • Solve mechanical and electrical problems in industrial equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve equipment difficulties in the field.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to set up and commission projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance in a related industry.
  • Experience working with packaging equipment is preferred.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with PLC control systems.
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Trade qualifications in mechanical and/or electrical fields.
