As a highly skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions and operational excellence.

About the Role
  • This position is focused on delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to support workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end analytics work, from capturing business requirements to analysis, visualization, and storytelling. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business outcomes and improving employee experience.

About You

We are seeking a talented individual with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning. A strong technical capability, including tools like Snowflake, BDT, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis, is essential.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital data sources such as survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics), learning platforms, and engagement tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive clear insights from complex, messy, or incomplete datasets.
