About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookings, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and providing support to therapists as needed.

  • This is a part-time position offering around 15-30 hours per week, requiring flexibility to work on Friday and Saturday as well as various shifts across the rest of the week.
  • As a Receptionist, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for our guests' experiences, and we are looking for someone who can provide warm and welcoming interactions.
