Job Description
As a Spa Therapist at Psynergy, your role is crucial in curating an immersive and rejuvenating experience for guests in the Australian hospitality industry. Your primary responsibilities include performing a variety of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, and body scrubs, with a focus on enhancing guests' well-being. You will consult with Host companies to understand their preferences and address specific concerns, tailoring each treatment to meet individual needs. Additionally, you\'ll maintain a serene and clean spa environment, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Beyond spa treatments, you\'ll stay informed about the latest wellness trends and techniques, incorporating innovative approaches into your services. Collaboration with other spa staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety are essential aspects of this role. Excellent communication skills are vital for explaining treatments, advising on aftercare, and creating a positive guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in Various Spa Treatments: Proficiency in a range of spa therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
Host company Consultation Skills: Ability to engage with Host companies, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments.
Hygiene and Safety Standards: Adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure spa environment.
Innovation in Wellness Practices: Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and incorporate innovative approaches into spa services.
Effective Communication: Clear communication to explain treatments, advise on aftercare, and create a positive guest experience.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other spa staff to maintain a seamless and welcoming spa atmosphere.
