Located on the mezzanine of the hotel is spaQ, our designer spa concept. spaQ is seeking an experienced and devoted
Spa Receptionist
to join theteam. With a busy barber shop, six treatment spaces, Hammam-inspired steam room and a full range of luxurious treatment experiences using Spanish skincare range Skeyndor and local Australian botanical brand, Uspa, the spaQ concept blends the charm of our historic home with warm and heart led customer service.
This is a dual role primarily working within the spa reception team and also utilising your highly finessed therapy skills, stepping into treatments as required.

Skills & experience
A nationally recognised beauty or massage therapy qualification an advantage.
A minimum of 2years working experience in a busy hospitality, retail or day spa or salon environment
Exemplary customer service skills, ensuring guests are made to feel welcome
Ability to multitask, responding to both online enquiries and telephone calls in a warm, professional, timely and helpful manner
Excellent organisational skills and exemplary eye for detail
Excellent presentation and grooming
Highly motivated
Flexible approach to working hours/shifts
