Job Role

This position oversees the night operations of a luxury spa and hot springs destination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

  • Reconciling financial records
  • Preparing reports and analyses
  • Providing assistance to guests during overnight hours

The role is available full-time and part-time. We offer a competitive salary package including superannuation.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in hotel front desk or night audit roles. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Guest centricity and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • A current First Aid qualification and valid driver's license
  • A reliable and responsible individual with a positive attitude
