**About the Role**:

- We are currently seeking a permanent part time suitably qualified Spa Receptionist to provide quality, warm and friendly service. Using only Australian plant based / natural skincare and health supplements, Spa Lucca offer a complete wellness experience. Remedial and relaxation massage modalities combined with Body therapies including Himalayan body scrubs sit amongst the luxurious menu offerings. Duties include but will not be limited to:- Managing day to day bookings- General spa upkeep and stock management.- Provide support and assistance to the therapists throughout the day.- General cleaning duties

This is a part time position, offering around 15-30 hours per week and requires availability to work on Friday and Saturday as well as a range of shifts across the rest of the week.

**About You**:

- With a passion for all things health, beauty and skincare, you will be a customer service orientated team player with a demonstrated background in administration, reception, or coordination. You will have high grooming standards and will pride yourself on giving our guests the 5-star luxury experience they have come to expect.
- If you are already a qualified therapist with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, you may be utilised for treatments when required at the therapist award level.
