Student Accommodation Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Student Accommodation Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional living experiences for students.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality, property management, or student accommodation, with strong leadership and team management skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the building is safe, secure, and compliant with health, safety, and property management standards.

A key focus of this role will be driving occupancy, sales, and revenue performance while managing budgets and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will also build strong relationships with students, universities, local partners, and internal teams.

To succeed in this position, you will need solid financial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships are essential. You will be resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

About the Role
