About the Role

Reporting to the Services Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day coordination across a 5-day roster. This role includes:

  • Leading and supervising support staff during day programs and direct support shifts
  • Managing team performance, conflict resolution, and participant-focused outcomes
  • Coordinating shift coverage and roster management
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
What You Bring
  • Must be currently based in Perth, WA
  • Strong understanding of disability support and person-centered care
  • Experience building and leading effective teams
  • Initiative, problem-solving, and frontline leadership skills
  • High attention to detail with solid administrative abilities
  • Confidence using technology (e.g., laptops, tablets, MS Outlook)
  • Certificate III in Community Services, Disability or similar (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable)
