The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, while creating a fun and rewarding environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duty of care for participants
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
  • Availability to work during school holidays and weekends
  • Ability to proactively manage potential conflict and behavioural triggers in participants and colleagues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and car
  • Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and young people with disabilities
  • Experience and/or understanding of the needs of people with disability and their families/carers

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Health or Community Service Qualification
  • Medication Administration certificate or equivalent
