About the Position

The City of Cockburn is seeking a skilled professional to join the Property Services Team as a Lease Management Specialist. This part-time position will be responsible for managing the Naval Base Shacks leases and onsite amenities.

Key responsibilities will include managing lease documentation, monitoring lease compliance and obligations of Shack owners, and administering the City's operational and capital works program activities at the Reserve.

This fixed-term contract is for 4 days per week and will run until 30 June 2025, with the possibility of annual review.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Project Management, Facility Management, or Property Management, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of budget management, contract/lease management, and statutory compliance is also essential.

Salary: $107, $114, per annum ProRata, depending on qualifications and experience.
