Job Title: Senior Property Officer

The City of Cockburn seeks a skilled Senior Property Officer to join our dynamic Property Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Naval Base Shacks leases and onsite amenities.

This part-time position (4 days per week) is a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2025, with the potential for annual review. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with lease obligations and administer the City's operational and capital works program activities at the Reserve.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in property management, facility management, or a related field. Your excellent stakeholder management skills, budget management, contract/lease management, and high-level understanding of statutory compliance will be invaluable assets to our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $107,000 - $114,000 per annum Pro Rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
