Senior Case Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of justice and public safety services in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the risk and needs of participants and develop case management plans, including intervention strategies to ensure participants engage with appropriate support and treatment services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations to initiate, negotiate and facilitate linkages and access for participants to a range of appropriate services.
  • Provide information and advice to court users and stakeholders about all programs and supports available through courts innovation program.
Working Requirements:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants with complex and multiple needs in line with program and organisational standards. You will also coordinate and negotiate the delivery of a range of services requiring the maintenance of strong linkages with the community services support sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess sound problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
