About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Coordinator to lead a passionate team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers in delivering immediate housing solutions to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate service delivery, workloads, and rosters to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee reporting, evaluation, and compliance with organisational standards and funding body requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and community partnerships to enhance service delivery.
  • Represent the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Behavioural Sciences; OR Certificate IV in Community Services (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in case management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, program delivery, evaluation, and outcome measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of housing support services, relevant legislation, and culturally safe practice.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • A current open driver's licence, Blue Card, and NDIS Yellow Card (or ability to obtain).
