The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program coordination, with experience in managing volunteers, participants, and facilities. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Program Leadership: Plan and deliver program targets, calendars, and lesson schedules.">
  • Mentor Management: Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteer mentors; deliver induction and refreshers.">
  • Participant Experience: Manage referrals and intake; complete baseline assessments and lesson plans.">
  • Simulator Operations: Manage the simulator lab, including hardware setup, calibration, software updates, and basic troubleshooting.">
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lessons, hours, and outcomes; prepare simple dashboards and reports for management and funders.">

About You:

We are looking for a tech-confident facilitator who is comfortable running driving simulators and supporting beginners. You will need proven experience in coordinating programs, volunteers, or logistics in a community setting. You should also possess clear, compassionate communication skills and be able to build trust with young people, families, and mentors.

  • Open (manual preferred) driver license held for 12+ months (longer strongly preferred).">
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children), or ability to obtain.">
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain.">
  • First Aid & CPR, or willingness to complete within 3 months.">
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain).">
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.">

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Education/Training, or Driver Education.">
  • Experience with fleet/vehicle coordination and WHS risk management.">
