Our organization seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Field Service Supervisor. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact in the delivery of field-based services across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance, driving industry-leading service excellence with a growth mindset.
  • Initiate and lead safety initiatives aimed at minimizing incidents and injuries within the work environment.
  • Plan, drive, and deliver training programs to foster the growth and development of team members.
  • Promptly address under-performance issues and ensure timely completion of all reporting requirements.
  • Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and subcontract documentation.

In this capacity, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement within your area of responsibility and collaborate with the Service Manager to create and deliver monthly/annual forecasts and budgets. You will also be responsible for maximizing the recovery of the Field Service business and maintaining high customer satisfaction through quality services and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory, project management, or technical role is essential, as well as relevant knowledge of OEM principles.
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to analyze complex data and reports are required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • A strong focus on safety and adherence to site safety processes are paramount.
  • Adaptability to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads is also crucial.
