We are seeking a passionate and committed Disability Support Worker to join our team. Our purpose is to work with people living with a disability, providers and the community to deliver supports and services in a compassionate manner.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to reach their goals. You will provide social, community, and recreational participation, in-home support, personal care, and daily living activities.
- Assist participants with high needs, personal care and grooming within their home and assistance with household activities.
- Provide both physical and emotional support.
- Provide care in accordance with their care plan and as directed, provide direct care assistance to participants.
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant diploma or certificate such as a Certificate III in Individual Support. Nursing experience is highly regarded. A valid NDIS worker screening check and first aid and CPR certificate are also required.

• Provide individualized support to people with disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
