Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Our team delivers person-centred care, empowering clients to build meaningful lives that include work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues, and independent living skills.

As a Support Worker, you will guide and inspire individuals with Physical High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities/Mental health, to achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including medication management and mobility
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, promoting collaboration and open communication
Requirements
  • Cert IV or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 6 months experience within the disability sector
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Working With Children Check (WWC)
  • Personal care experience
  • A passion for providing person-centred care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
