Are you passionate about supporting older adults in a meaningful way? We're seeking Casual Aged Care Professionals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

As an Aged Care Professional at our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently and with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment.

About You:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding)
- Supporting residents with mobility and physical assistance
- Monitor and document residents' progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Collaborate with the broader care team to provide holistic support to residents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the care facility.
