HR Business Partner Role
We seek a seasoned HR professional to partner with our business leaders and drive talent development, coaching, and organizational excellence.
This is an onsite position that offers a unique opportunity to join our Human Resources team and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our client group Leaders and Managers on organizational, cost efficiency, talent, and culture-related matters.
You will also develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees, stakeholders, and the broader business community.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide workforce planning, employee relations consulting, talent management, succession planning, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda for personnel on organizational and employee matters.
- Handle communication with employees, People Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
- Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances/management needs. Process improvements are expected to be taken into consideration for broader functional context.
- Analyze personnel cost and efficiency within the client group and partner with Total Rewards and FP&A to ensure market competitiveness and business-added-value decisions.
- Develop effective communication with other functional areas required. Influence peers to meet objectives. Coach and mentor employees at Management level.
- Handle work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all exceptions. Approaches for exceptions must be developed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Level or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business partnering.
- Experience in multinational company setups, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or mining.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and influence across different teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and an organized approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of local legislation, industrial awards, unions, EBA, or CBA is highly desirable.
