Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing talent management strategies that drive business success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to Leaders and Managers on organizational, cost efficiency, talent, and culture related matters. You will also coach, mentor, and develop employees at the Management level, helping them grow professionally and personally.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will analyze personnel costs and efficiency within client groups, partnering with Total Rewards and FP&A to ensure market competitiveness and make informed business decisions.

Other key duties include:

  • Providing workforce planning, employee relations consulting, talent management, succession planning, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas.
  • Developing effective communication with other functional areas required, influencing peers to meet objectives, and coaching employees at Management level.
  • Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation, with approaches for exceptions developed as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10 years of solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management/Human Resources Business Partnering.
  • Experience working in a multinational company setup, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or mining.
  • Expertise in analyzing compensation & benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and influence across different teams.
  • An organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills.
  • Experience with local legislation, industrial awards, unions, EBA, or CBA is an added advantage.
