- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- You must be self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent time management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Confident working with learning management systems, authoring tool experience is desirable.
- A tertiary qualification in organizational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field is required.
