About the Role

This is a critical role in shaping the future of talent within our organisation. You will partner closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and colleagues to align workforce development initiatives with our organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and uplift capability and compliance needs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Enable leadership growth through developing and embedding frameworks into coaching and performance processes.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent strategies, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to support a future-ready workforce.
  • Utilise data and metrics to evaluate learning impact and inform continuous improvement.

You will also positively support transformation and change initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement, and be part of a mission-driven organisation that values fresh ideas and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
  • Significant experience developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development solutions across diverse business areas.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with individuals from a broad range of environments and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident working with learning management systems; authoring tool experience desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development, psychology, human resources, or related field.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or similar).
  • Accreditation in organisational development or leadership diagnostics highly regarded.
