Job Summary

The Business HR Partner plays a key role in fostering collaborative relationships between the business and HR teams to drive strategic goals. This position involves developing talents, providing coaching to business leaders, and ensuring effective workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing workforce strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to provide guidance on organizational, cost efficiency, talent, and culture-related matters.
  • Coaching employees at management level and mentoring them to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Providing analytical support to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Partnering with Total Rewards and FP&A to ensure market competitiveness and business added-value decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10 years of solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business partnering.
  • Experience in multinational company setup, not limited to oil & gas, energy, or mining.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects, influence across different teams, and have an organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in local legislation, industrial award, Union, EBA, or CBA.
Work Environment:

This is an onsite position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
