Job Title: Strategic Talent Partner

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Human Resources team as a Strategic Talent Partner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent partnership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic talent initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities will include providing workforce planning, employee relations consulting, talent management, succession planning, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategic talent initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and develop key talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management or HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
