Job Description

As a skilled maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of our machinery and equipment. Your expertise in PLC programming and complex machinery maintenance will be essential in carrying out routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on MOBA egg grading machines and associated plant equipment.

You will be required to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance functions in accordance with the engineering maintenance plan, documenting all work accurately. In addition, you will need to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing or replacing components, and restoring operations to minimise production downtime.

Analysis of equipment failures and identification of root causes will also be an important part of your role. You will be required to recommend improvements or design modifications to enhance reliability and efficiency, as well as utilise the MEX Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate record keeping, work order management, and parts requisition.
